Community Sound Bath

Kinsey O’Leary, owner and founder of the Sound Space, is a sound healer, Reiki master, mentor, teacher and host. She will lead participants through the sound bath experience. In a sound bath, participants are encouraged to lay or sit comfortably with eyes closed while deeply listening to sound. Sound frequencies are produced by specialized sound healing instruments which allow listeners enter deep states of meditation and relaxation.
