Hike: Hellhole Canyon to Culp Valley

Leaders: Greg Winterowd and Amy Brueggemeyer, ABDNHA Volunteers This strenuous hike goes six miles. Steep, beautiful, and varied landscape with awesome views of Borrego Valley. Wear proper hiking shoes or boots, a hat, and sun protection – it’s exposed! Bring plenty of water, a snack, and hiking poles if desired. Meet at the ABDNHA parking lot at 7:50 a.m . Drive five minutes to Hellhole, then take a 40-minute shuttle to Culp Valley. Limited to 9 participants. No charge, but registration required.
