
EMSI Renaissance Literature Seminar with Tanya Schmidt Morstein, Caltech
The USC-Huntington Early Modern Studies Institute Renaissance Literature Seminar will meet with Tanya Schmidt Morstein, Postdoctoral Scholar Teaching Fellow at Caltech, on November 20, 2026. Dr. Morstein’s research focuses on early modern women’s writing and the intersections between early modern science and literature. Her seminar paper is entitled, “The Figure of Spenser in the Work of Margaret Cavendish.” All EMSI events are free and open to the public.
