Just yourself and energy! We provide gloves and supplies

This is great work but I always wonder—how many people are actually getting consistent long-term support vs. just a one-time box?

@sophieb.travels great question. We have returning families on our lists. Also connect people to CalFresh enrollment. It's part of a bigger approach

Just saying, if we had better wages and housing policy, we wouldn't need to keep doing food banks as bandaids

@ben.classical true, but people need food NOW. While we work on policy, this keeps families fed. Both things at once?

@luis.tech.sd exactly. We're not pretending this fixes everything. It's immediate mutual aid while we push for bigger changes

Okay that makes sense. Parking situation on Sundays though—is there a lot?

@sophieb.travels street parking is pretty open on Sundays in that area, plenty available early morning
